In 1982, apart from the stadium Koshevo, an ice-skating hall was built. Of interesting architecture, by the architect Dubravka Sabich, the "Green Transversal" welcomed hundreds of skaters from all over the world.In this hall, in 1984, a young British couple equaled the world record and gained 6.0 points  from all judges, which is a rarity in that event. On the open grounds, which was covered during tough weather conditions,the speed-skaters battled it out for the gold medal.In 1992, beside the Koshevo stadium, grenades struck the ground like lightning, and ZETRA disappeared in an unstoppable inferno. The flames quickly devoured the walls of this monument and as some watched in shock others just walked by and imagined it isn’t happening.
