The mustard plant grows to a height of 2 to 4 feet.  
Its branches are short and quadrangular. The flowers 
are bright yellow and the radish like leaves have a 
pungent smell.  The fruit; siliqua, has a single compartment, 
but in its middle, has a false partition wall to which small 
mustard seeds attach at maturity.
