• Formed thanks to the General corts and the national referendum in 6-12-78

   

• The King is the head of the state in the Constitution and the General Corts have legislative power.

  • That the constitutional Tribunal wouldn´t fulfill its mision of supervision of the fulfillment of the constitution

     

  • That the Constitutional Tribunal may not fulfill its obligation as the main judicial power.
