HISTORY

The courts selected in June of the 1977 aren´t formaly constitutional, but, anybady is free of the necesit of give live quick to a niew techt constitucional.

 

• Starting joining a report made of seven members

   

• that they have to give in August to December of 1977

   

• Made an anteproyect wich delive the 5 of Janary of 1978

   

• One comision of the congres until the 20 of June the text is presented to the townsman
