Changing Your Resolution

SolarQuest was designed to be run in 800 x 600 resolution or higher.   You are currently running your monitor in a resolution less than this.   However, If your monitor does not support this resolution you can still use Solarquest although some areas may be squashed and the text may be large.

To change your resolution in Microsoft Windows, Right Click on the desktop, select properties.  From the display properties menu, go to the settings tab and slide the Screen Area slider to the right then hit Apply.  Everything on your monitor should seems smaller now because you are in a higher resolution.  If your screen displays lines waving across the screen then immedietly hit escape to restore to 640x480 (this means your monitor cannot handle this high of a resolution)
