Electronic Mail (Email) 

The easiest way of communicating on the Internet is through the Electronic Mail.  It is currently used for administrative, professional or personal use.  It is perhaps the only application that any PC user needs to learn among all the network applications. It is sent from one pale to another via a telecommunication link. It can be kept into memory for later access and can be answered at any time. Only an electronic office is required, no paper, no stamp and no postman.

Electronic Mail has therefore led to a tremendous breakthrough in communication by overriding the old method of postal service. Nowadays people are able to receive their mails in less than a minute and this is the one of the best advantage of using electronic mail.
