Eat three balanced meals a day plus healthy snacks such as fruits and vegetables. This is very important for proper nutrition.

Stay away from crash diets and diet pills. Eat fried foods only in moderation. Do not feel you have to eat because you are bored or depressed. Eating only makes the problem worse.

Be smart, don't smoke! Smoking causes cancer which can lead to death and many other health problems.
