
Eat three balanced meals
a day plus healthy snacks such as fruits and vegetables. This is very important for proper
nutrition.
Brush your teeth twice a day. Doing this will keep your teeth healthy. Having your teeth
in good condition will make it easier to eat healthy. Be smart, don't smoke! Smoking causes cancer which can lead to death
and many other health problems.
Please stay away from drugs and alcohol. It is up to
