Roasted Hoagie
A great low-fat sandwich!

Ingredients:

Hoagie Bread Rolls from Bale sandwhich shop. They'll sell just the rolls.

Or you can get submarine rolls from Safeway bakery.

Yves Brand deli slices. Find these near the produce section in the tofu case at Safeway.

Also good are the Yves brand Canadian Bacon (vegetarian) slices.

Soy Singles fat free "cheese" slices

Sliced tomato

Sauerkraut

Shredded lettuce

Dijon mustard

Cut the bread in half lengthwise. Apply dijon mustard to both sides. On one slice layer deli slices, sauerkraut and soy singles cheese substitute. On the other, place sliced tomato. Toast both of these in a toaster oven, or under the broiler in your oven for a few minutes, until the "cheese" starts to melt and the bread begins to toast.

Add shredded lettuce after toasting. Combine and enjoy.
