Well, Renata, there are different guides as to how
how much you should weigh according to height. As you
probably know, it is difficult to give just a number on a scale.
But, according to Metropolitan Life Insurance Company,
your ideal weight should be 120-160 pounds. According to
U.S National Center for Health Statistics it should be 141 pounds.
The North American Association for Study of Obesity states you should
be 140 pounds and the U.S Department of the Army says you ideal weight
is 135 pounds. So, the numbers vary so it is difficult to tell if
you are overweight or underweight. A good way to check that is to
find out your body fat percentage. The average or "ideal" body fat percentage is
