So, you think you need to eat healthier? Doesn't everyone? No one on this Earth eats perfect. People may have perfet bodies, but that doesn't mean they're getting proper nutrients. For example, a super model may look good on the outside, but her inside is horrid. She may only eat fruits and veggies. Where's the carbs? Protein? Eating healthy is a good thing, but excercise is just as important. Go for a walk every night, go for a bike ride. It's all good, as long as you're not on the couch or dcomputer chair 24/7. But, to eat healthy, eat whatever you want, just limit yourself as to how much you eat of that substance. For example, you're craving chocolate. Have HALF of a chocolate bar. If you start eating too much, limit yourself to a quarter of something, or eat more fruits and veggies. Remember not to quit eating all together, that's horrible. Just take better care of yourself, and think of your ending goal. Have determinitation and don't give up! Later days* Rayna.
