Coumidin & ;Vitamin K

Am having trouble regulating my coumidin but no one can tell me which vegetables have high Vitamin K and that I should avoid. Everytime I have my blood taken I have to go on higher dosages and now they are telling me no green vegatable at all not even bell peppers and squash. Help.
