Major dietary sources of riboflavin include milk, yogurt, cheese, organ meats, meat, poultry, dark green leafy vegetables, whole grain and enriched breads and cereals.

Major Body Functions:

  • Involved with the action of some other B-vitamins (folate and pyridoxine)

Deficiency Symptoms:
