We are all just
ordinary people living in a not so ordinary world
where weather is talked about so much yet many of us
don't know much about it. Here we try to explain it
to everyone thought possible.
The introduction on
us in the previous table is kind of factual. Probably
you all need to know about us more. First of all we
come from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Kuala Lumpur is the
biggest city in Malaysia and is the legislative,
judicial and financial capital of Malaysia. The
administrative capital would be in Putrajaya (listed
as the first intelligent city in the Guinness Book Of
Records), somewhere south of KL(this is how we call
Kuala Lumpur).
Malaysians speak
Malay, English (as in English spelling, American
accent and Malaysian vocabulary), Chinese (Mandarin,
Cantonese, Hokkien, Hakka), Indian (Tamil, Hindi,
Punjabi, Gujerati) and many tribal languages.
Malaysia is a very
beautiful country. If you've heard about or been to
Singapore, you should know what KL is like. It's hot,
humid, yet it's comfortable. Home to the tallest
building in the world. In a country where we try to
do things superlatively, as it is part of our
culture, we also have many other superlatives.
Malaysians are
pretty friendly people. Tourism plays a vital role in
our country's economy. Our thick lush evergreen
jungles, dark mysterious caves and sandy white
beaches are among the most protected on Earth. To get
a quick look of Malaysia, just dig through your
collection of National Geographics. Malaysia is
featured in the August 1997 issue, though not even
one, no not one, magazine or book can describe
Malaysia's charm. Its culture, its friendliness, its
freedom (yes we are free, not as some people think
and claim), its uniqueness, its weirdness, its
colour, its light, its language, its people and its
climate.
We have rain all
year round (no, it doesn't rain 24 hours a day), so
we don't have to build so many water processing
plants. We only need 1 type of clothing - summer wear
because we only experience 1 season throughout the
whole year.
