Ingredients: |
- 500 gms of sugar
- 100 gms of water
- 300 gms of pine nuts
- powder chocolate (optional)

| Boil the water and sugar
together until they form a thick syrup. Put the pine nuts in the syrup and mix vigorously
then immediately spread the mixture onto a marble surface and mould it into little diamond
shapes. As an alternative add chocolate powder to half the mixture. When cool, wrap two
sweets together, one white and another black, in coloured paper. |
