: Hello to anyone who is reading this! : I am currently working on a research project for school, and my thesis question is "How did the long time spent abroad affect the marriages of American soldiers of WWII." I have found a lot of interesting information regarding this topic, but one subject that there has been very little about is adultery, prostitution, and just the general hardship of being faced with temptation while away from a spouse.
