Animals in the tank: This tank contains 850 lbs. of live rock with an assortment of small reef fish. It has our largest amount of algae growth.
The fish are a spawning pair of Clownfish, Longnosed Hawkfish, and a Squirrel Fish. The Clownfish were born in the tank.
Currently the tank is going through a change (June of 1996) in algae growth due to a change in lighting. We just changed from high a
output ultraviolet light to a low output full spectrum light.
Filtration: Biological filter
Lighting: Low output full spectrum
Food Source: Formula one, Formula two
Water Changes: Not frequently because this tank is our experimental tank in which we watch the rise and fall of the bio-mass over time.
