post your thoughts

In the last section, you learned about the basics of computer ethics. Now, it's time to have a little fun testing yourself.

You'll be presented with twenty situations, and for each one you must decide whether or not computer ethics is involved. For each correct answer, you get 100 points. Your mission is to get the highest score you can!

To make things a little interesting, we've thrown in a timer! You will lose 10 points for every second that ticks by, so think fast. If you don't, you may end up with a negative score! But don't worry - you can play as many times as you like!

For people with user names: You must get a score of 1000 or better to complete this section. But if your score is high enough, you will be immortalized in our High Scores Hall of Fame!

Instructions

The opening screen repeats what is said here. Once you click to begin, you are presented with 20 questions in succession. Choose yes or no depending on whether computer ethics is involved, or opt to start over.

Once you have finished, your score is calculated, and you have the option of viewing the questions with their answers. Click on the scoreboard to advance through the questions. Then, play again!

Enjoy the activity! And please give the applet some time to load.
