Meet Kathy!
                    

                        About me:

             Hey everyone! My name is Julia Katharine Penwell, but you can call me Kathy or Kat. I'm the youngest member of the team, the only female, and the only one that doesn't live in Texas! Let me tell you a little bit more about myself! I'm 17 & a junior at Jefferson High School where I'm an active member of the band, Key Club, and the National Honors Society. I live in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, which is about 60 miles from Washington, DC. In my spare time, I like to do anything involving music, volunteering, the internet, rollerblading, sleeping, and spending time with my friends! My group contribution is research, art direction, and team captain ( which basically means that I do the corresponding with ThinkQuest.)
             I'd like to say I'm very excited about working with my good friend, Ryan, and my new friend, Nishant, in this endeavour! This has been a great experience!
