


Differences Between Traits In my experience, I have found that extroverts have by far the most "honest" body language. It seems that one may be the cause for the other because those who have excellent interpersonal skills often have characteristic body language of one who is confident and happy (i.e. straight back, smile, open hands, palms up, legs far apart when seated, etc). However, introverts seem to have less conventional body language. Their body language seems to be kind of blurry, possibly indecisive. I have seen many introverts who give very conflicting signals.
