We won't discuss here(this is not an advertisement page).

We do need to concern some important things when we buy a CPU:

1. Speed
   As mentioned before speed of CPU is very important.
2. Cache
   Cache is used to hold data temporarily. It leads to faster access time. Therefore, more cache, more powerful the CPU is.

In all, you should buy a fast, stable and cheap CPU.
