I have a trick it is called "Flip card,flip!" Before hand you turn the bottom card over, then when they're looking at the card you secretly turn the deck over. Then you square the deck so they can't see that the cards are upside down and ask them to put they're card in. After they do the you flick the deck and all the cards are "upside down." And the only card with the back up is of course their card!
