i. navigation
The various sections can be accessed from the main page. You can navigate the website easily by clicking on the utility-bar located at the bottom of every page.

ii. stuck in frames
If you are stuck in the frames of a particular website, go back to the page you initially came from, right-click on the link and select the option: open in new window..

iii. searching for items
Instead of probing through the whole website, you can take advantage of the site's search facility to find the information you want. Just type in your case-sensitive keyword into the search box.

iv. flash doesn't appear
You can download the Flash plug-in from this site. You will be prompted to install the plug-in when the browser detects that you do not have the plug-in or if your plug-in is outdated.

v. inconsistent fonts
Inconsistent fonts appear on the page when you are using a older version of Internet Explorer or if you are using Netscape to view the site. To correct the problem, just switch to Internet Explore 4 or above.

vi. some items do not appear
This occurs when your resolution is incorrect. The default setting for the site is 800x 600. You can edit your settings by right-clicking on the desktop and then select properties.
