About Thinkquest

          ThinkQuest ® is an annual contest created by Advanced Network & Services, Inc. ("Advanced Network"). The purpose of the competition is to promote the Internet Style of Learning - an interactive, participatory style that encourages students to take advantage of the Internet as a constantly growing source of information and as a powerful collaborative tool.

         In order to participate in the ThinkQuest competition, a student must be a member of a team. A team consists of two or three students and one to three coaches. ThinkQuest encourages collaboration (via the Internet) among students from different countries and schools with different levels of access to technology resources.
