 After listening to the
prosecutor
and the
defense
attorney , the jury
retires to a special room to
consider the sentence options.
Once the decision has been made,
they will return to the courtroom
where the sentence will be
announced. The sentence will
include features such as
counseling, community service, a
letter of apology, and jury duty.
