This Tic Tac Toe program is a simple game that can be played against the computer only.   There are two difficulty modes:  Easy, where the computer just randomly places his mark, unless of course he has a chance to beat you, then it plays to win, and Hard, which is not impossible, where the computer randomly places his marks, unless he has a chance to either block your win, or win himself.  The AI isn't very complex, just a few simple tests are run, and then the computer plays based on those results.  There have been some Tic Tac Toe games floating around where it is impossible to beat the computer, but that functionality hasn't been put in this version of Tic Tac Toe, because this was just a simple test of AI programming.
