The Sleeping Spell

Mystery

One night I was sleeping in my bed. I couldn't sleep for about 3 hours. The next morning I woke up at 8:00 a.m. and my teacher specifically told me to be at school by 7:55 a.m. for student council. Obviously I was late. So I got out of bed, got dressed, ate breakfast and was out of the house in a flash. Miss Brown, my teacher, got really mad at me. But, for some odd reason during math I could barely stay awake. I suddenly fell asleep. I drempt I was on a space shuttle. Somehow a bomb got on it and blew it up. Four weeks later I awoke in my cl-room. I looked at the calendar and it said April 1. If I remembered correctly I fell asleep in ...... oh thats right-March 1st. I had been asleep for one month!!!! No one was in the classroom. I turned to take a look at the clock. It said 9:00 p.m. It was no wonder no one was there. It was six hours past the time school got out. I was about to step out the door of the classroom when something stopped me. It sounded like someone or something was giong to storm through the door. Whatever it was opened the door. It was my teacher. She said to me "Why are you here so late?" I said, "It's a long story."
