My Broken Leg

When I was in 1st grade, Jessica Isacson and I were playing on the playground. We were jumping off the bars into the sand. It was so much fun! I mumped off again. Ow! My leg hurt; I couldn't stand up. The duty carried me to the office. The secretary called my mom to tell her to pick me up.

She took me to the hospital where the doctor (Dr. Bos) x-rayed my leg. I broke two bones. Dr. Bos had to set it. It hurt! He put a large red cast on my leg that I had to wear for six weeks. When I got it off after the six weeks were over; they put on another cast--a blue one!
