This site was designed to educate visitors about the resources, wildlife, and native peoples of tropical rainforests as well as to discuss the destruction of the rainforests and incurred losses. Visitors can learn about the rainforests through texts, quizzes, pictures, and sounds on the web site. There is also a messageboard where visitors can share their ideas regarding the tropical rainforests with other users from around the world. Project Rainforest also offers suggestions for students, teachers, and other people who are interested in taking action in their communities to save the tropical rainforests.
