Fractal image enhancement software

My name is Jim Thomposn and I'm a technical illusrator freelance. I am very interested
in Fractal based software that can be used for refining low resolution pixelated images
to give the illustion of higher cleaner resolutions. I would especially like to locate the
Michael Bosley Fractal Analyzer, which does exactly that. No entries in my search have allowed me to find info about this. I first saw a demo on a PBS video. That's where I
found the Name. The PBS video was "The Color of Infinity", narrated by Arther C. Clark
and it was an exploration of the science of Fractals.
