I need an equation or formula to find magnification and dimension when when only the number (N) of shapes is known. Problem: If one coastline yard equals 4.5 coastline feet, what is the dimension of the coastline?
D=log N/log e(magnification) appears to have too many vavariables. What is the relationship between N 9number of shapes) and (e) magnification? How do I solve this problem?
