Project Description:   Guten Tag! We are senior students at Freedom High School in Morganton, North Carolina, USA. We are designing an interactive German homepage as a project in our classes and want you to be a part of it. The homepage will serve as a forum for German students all over the world to learn about the life of other teenagers, and also enhance their German writing skills. The homepage will consist of daily journals (Tagebuch) written by German students and students of German about a specific topic.  We ask that the journals are written completely in German; students should only use vocabulary, structures, and phrases they have already learned. Minor mistakes will be overlooked; we want students to have fun .  Each entry should be between 70 to 100 words.  We also encourage students to send charts, graphics, and/or picture files.  Pictures should be sent with the journal in the form of an attachment and in *.gif or *.jp(e)g format. As we recieve the entries, we will categorize and organize the materials into our homepage; therefore, we reserve the right to publish anything that is sent to us.  All these entries will be public domain and  may not be used for any business purposes.  This is purely a student academic endeavor. We hope you will participate in our project; we really need your help.  This is a great opportunity to enhance German skills and have some of your own work published on the internet.
