The sphinx is the enormous pharoanic
statue, which lies in front of the three
pyramids of Giza. It was
building by king Kharaa near his pyramid. It took the form of a lion, A Lion that has the
head of a man. It is 57 meters long and 20 meters high. The ear is about one meter long
and the mouth is about 2:3 meters. It is believed that such a statue represents the king
himself.
