Which is the best?

By comparing them using all the aforementioned factors, we must say-

Why though? In terms of technological performance, the Dreamcast wins hands down.  This in itself is a very great contributing factor to the Dreamcast's edge.  Many people would buy the Dreamcast because they know that the system is good, and games for it will be far superior to any others graphically.  Dreamcast also has good third party support, and great games like Shen Mue and Blue Stinger will be released for it.  These games boast amazing graphics, innovative gameplay and sophisticated worlds made possible by the Dreamcast's processing power.  The Dreamcast may be expensive now, but expect that to change once the official US launch draws near.  Prices will be made more affordable, and units will be sold rather quickly.

In terms of marketing, Sega will have to be more aggressive.  Their failure with the Saturn, Sega CD and 32X will deter many former Sega fans from buying the Dreamcast.  Why should they?  So far, Sega has done nothing to earn their trust, but must do so in order to guarantee success.   However, the Dreamcast may have some contest come Winter 99...
