NORTH WEST PROVINCE
| SWARTRUGGENS:

A number of east-southeast -trending group-ll dykes occurring on the farms Nooitgedacht, Winkelhaak and Eenzaamheid. There are two most important dykes. They are the Main and the Changehouse dykes. This two dykes have a maximum thickness of up to 2m, but average 60cm. While the dip and the width of the fissures appear to depend on the formation intruded, they are near vertical down to at least 400m. |
| ALLUVIAL DEPOSITS:

North West has produced most of South African Alluvial deposits. Many sink holes developed close to the contact between these two formation, along faults and fructures. And after it collapses to sickholes and gorges typical of a carst terrain. The majorityof diamond power recovered from were exceedingly rich. |
