WHERE ARE THEY FOUND/BOUGHT
Most of the foods e.g(maize,vegetables and meats) they are not bought. Maize and vegetables they grow them in their yards. they only buy the seeds and plant them. For the maize and mealie rice to be milled that is the work for women,they use stones for milling.Women are also responseble for looking after the garden.
When it comes to meat that is where men are resposeble. They have to slaghter animals for meat the insides of this (faunas) animals are also eaten and they are most preferred during the week.
