We are most thankful for the very unique opportunity for three of us to work as a team.  Though we are worlds apart since we come from totally different races and cultures, we certainly can say that we have definitely learnt alot from one another.

The three of us are part of the Up with Science group that is offered by the University of Pretoria, South Africa.  We decided to choose Tuberculosis as our topic since we became aware of this major threat. We host programmes where we go out and educate others about Tuberculosis and Aids, especially the people living in rural areas.

Building this website was a whole new experience for us since previously we did not get any exposure to a project like this one.  The best part about doing this project was when we actually had to go out and meet influential people in this country who were making a difference. We also visited many instituitions. As the future generation of this country we were very pleased to see such excellent people who  were doing their best  to serve humanity.   But sadly, we deeply regret that most of our photographic material was lost.. Though we will always hang on to those memories.

Doing this project has  made us aware of serious threats which face society. Threats which we had never been aware of before. We appreciate very much the fact that we have learnt so much while working on this project.
