There
are many products that people are buying because of Y2k.
Some might be useless, but some actually will help. Many of
the supplies are things you would normally need in an
earthquake. Emergency foods water first aid, etc. More of
these things do have some purpose but don't have to do with
Y2k at all. T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and other
merchandise. And last but not least, there are the products
that are 100% useless. Y2k bug spray, Y2k alarm clocks, and
other goofy items. Items that you could also buy to help
yourself be prepared are books, flashlights, and solar
powered and wind-up radios.
