Please Note:  Files in the folder "pages" can be viewed.  However, they are designed to be part of a frames page.  For example, the file "pages/page1.htm" is designed to be the main frame in the web page "mypage.htm."  The frames pages are easier to navigate than pages in the "pages" folder, so make it easier for yourself and use only the frames pages.
