Humans traits evolving in subterfuge

When a dog breeder crops the ears and tails of a litter of puppies he/she is creating a uniformity that is the breed standard. The actual length of the tail of the doberman when it is born becomes a trait that is no longer selected. People are doing the same with plastic surgery. So many women have boob jobs that natural selection is no longer occuring on a large scale. What about the fact that daughters born to women with breast augmentation are phenotypically different from their mothers but genetically similar? The natural breast is slowly becoming obsolete but the genetic basis of selection is gone. Women are now being selected on their ability to afford augmentation. Any plastic surgery leads to this chasm and diaspora between what "you see" and "what you get". Isn't this weird? ie, in effect we may be selecting a "dog face" without realizing what we are getting. Then the kids come out and don't even look like their parents.
