Re: Re: Re: We are the strongest kind of evolution
First, I must admit that i am a music major and not a paleontologist or anthropologist. anyway, i was thinking that maybe evolution is SUPPOSED to be confusing. maybe god wanted us to use our brains and enjoy the pleasure of mystery, exploration, and discovery. a question for science majors and above: isn't it true that the more you discover, the more questions arrive from that fresh discovery? maybe science is a never ending thing that will never be completely understood. another question: how come we can have Universal Laws when we've only set foot on the moon (although that's debatable)!? it seems ego-centric to announce that UNIVERSAL laws are FACT. Heck and for the love of pete, we've only learned about Earth. Now on a tangent. i can't IMAGINE that life was not created by some sort of creator. i'm a christian with questions. so right now, i'm just thinking that the creator is just laughing at us humans. he might be chuckling a wee bit and saying, "oh isn't that cute, those little humans are trying to figure out the universe. that's so sweet" well obviously i'm sure sciencey people can answer all these questions, and i know it's 2 am, but i felt like i needed to ask all these "why why why" questions. it wasn't till i read "Consilience" (spelling?)for a freshman gen. ed course at my baptist college, when i started having my brain noodles getting stirred in with foreign herbs.
