Women did also come from Adam and Eve. But in ancient times it was usual to call the family-line with the name of the man/son. This is no reason to think Adam and Eve didn't have dauthers (read Genesis 5:4). In that early times of existance of mankind it was usual that sisters en brothers married and became children till the moment this wasn't necessary anymore.
