First-Hand Perspectives
Many people work with the environment in their daily lives.  Through several Interviews, you can learn about what they do and why they do it.

There are many Projects aimed at improving our environment and limiting the damage that humanity does to the planet.  For example, many countries have Recycling Centers or Biological Reserves to protect the environment and prevent further damage.

Save our Earth – Created for ThinkQuest, this web site tells many ways that you can become involved in saving the environment in your area.

Bushmeat Project – This site is for one of many environmental projects around the world.  It is working towards ending the slaughter of chimpanzees and gorillas.

The Antarctica Project – This group works specifically on protecting the pristine environment of Antarctica and the animals that live there.

Garbage – Learn about what you can do to reduce the amount of garbage that your community produces to create a sustainable environment.
