In this political simulation, you will learn what it is like to be a politician and to deal with environmental issues.  You will learn about what decisions politicians have to make, what factors they take into account, and how their ideas become law.

When you start the simulation, you will be presented with a scenario and asked to choose from several decisions.  Click on the decision you wish to make.

Based on each of your decisions, you will be presented with another decision to make.  Answer this decision and continue this process until the end.  In the end, you will be told the outcome of your all of your decisions.

You will have to decide for yourself if the choices that you made were the correct ones.  There are several important considerations to take into account.  First, and most importantly to some politicians, did your decision get you reelected?  Second, did your decision please the people you intended to help?  Third, did your choices help or hurt the environment?

Now that you are ready to begin, proceed to the first decision.
