How it Works

These surveys ask a variety of questions about the environment and environment-related issues.

You can answer any of the questions you want.  If you are interested in learning more about any of these topics before making a decision, Search This Site for more information.

When you have responded to the questions, look at how others have responded.  If you View Survey Results you can see how many people have taken each side.

If you feel strongly about environmental issues, you might want to Take Political Action or discuss these issues in our Discussion Center.

The Issues

  1. Should the government (whatever country you live in) begin an intensive program to further develop renewable energy sources?
  2. Should animal rights be factored into public policy?
  3. Should polluters be required to pay for the pollution they create?
  4. Should developing countries be required to follow the same environmental regulations as industrialized nations?
  5. Should limits be imposed by an international organization on how much environmental degradation is permissible?
