Challenge Maps2 -- Handgun Purchasing and Carrying Laws.
Second semester students (1996) were challenged with mapping an almost impossible data set on the purchase restrictions and carrying regulations for handguns. Winner: Elias Walsh received the applause for the best map in this category.
