Net Technologies is an Internet focused and based resource. It provides articles and definitions of commonly used (and some not so common) computer jargon, with relation to the Internet. It has been created using the idea of being able to communicate to users who have any level of computer knowledge. This site was originally created and began operating in May of 1999. It was created as an entry into the ThinkQuest competition of 1999, which is still in progress. It has been created by the three Australian high-school students by the names of Tim Smith, Andrew Mitson and Keiran McSwiney, under the guidance of two mentors; myself (Gwilym Evans) and Scott Hutchens. We hope to acheive two things overall, to teach atleast one new concept to each person who visits this site and to win the 'Best of the Competition' prize of ThinkQuest International. At this point, I would like to thank ThinkQuest and all their sponsors for making this opportunity available and you for visiting this site. Please follow the link at the top right labeled "Ratings" to rate this site accordingly, the students would like to receive as much feedback on their site as possible.
