Lens Protection

You can damage your lenses permanently if you don't know how to care for them. Follow these tips to prevent problems:

Never touch the back element of the lens! Protect the front element of your lens by using a U/V filter. If you need to clean any element of the lens, only use special cleaing tissue. Keep lens cover on as much as possible. Keep back element covered at all times when not connected to a body.

Movie Requirements

Movie: Changing Lenses Step 1: Remove lens from body by pressing the lens release button and turning counter-clockwise. Step 2: Remove cover from back of lens to put on camera and immedatley use cover to cap the removed lens. Final Step: line red dots on lens and camera up, connect and twist clockwise until it locks.
