Only two things work against this image for me... the man breaks the line leading toward the back ground for no purpose (other than I imagine he wouldn't move!) and clipping the edge of the rotunda on the left. I think recomposing the shot to keep the whole rotunda and lose the bit of detail on the right (and paying off the guard to take a break) would've made this a shot for the portfolio.
