In some ways this works for me, compositionally, in that the clouds, the mountains, the repetition of plateaus leading to the building all should work... the end result, however, doesn't really convey the import of the title. Even w/o the "baggage" of being a labor camp, it's not a shot that holds my interest, but I'm not sure exactly why.
